The pool is heated April thru October. The hot tub is heated year round.

Use the iPad in the basement kitchen to control the pool waterfalls, LED lights, hot tub jets, and outdoor music (sonos app).

The pool includes a 10 ft deep end with diving board and a basketball hoop in the shallow end.

Pool towels are available in the closet near the basement bathroom.

Enjoy the sun and some competition in the backyard with your own private pickleball court and adjustable basketball standard. If that's not enough, break out the corn hole set to break the tie.

The kids will enjoy the swings, climbing wall, play house, and slide on the grass in the backyard.

Music can be played throughout the home and backyard by using the iPad in the basement kitchen or by downloading the Sonos app and connecting to the house Wifi.

There are three Sonos zones

• Deck/Patio/Pool zone plays music in each of these areas. There is a volume control on the wall near each of these areas to adjust one area from another.
• Kitchen zone controls the single pink speaker on the kitchen counter
• Great Room zone requires you use the Harmony One remote in the Great Room and select "Listen to Sonos" on the glass screen on the remote. After pressing it point the remote at the TV. After it is on you then control the music from the Sonos app or the basement iPad.

Music may also be listened to using the Apple Music app on any of the TVs.

TVs are in each of the two main gathering areas and the master bedroom. Each TV is equipped with surround sound, AppleTV, and a HarmonyOne remote.

Swipe across the glass screen to unlock the HarmonyOne remote then press the action you want to take (ie Watch YoutubeTV). Make sure the remote stays pointed at the TV while it turns on each device. If it doesn't turn everything on, first press the "exit" button (this acts as the back button on the Apple remote and it activates the AppleTV). If that does not work press the three bars in the upper right corner of the glass screen and press the "Help" button. The remote will walk you through ensuring all the devices are turned on and set to the correct inputs. 

There are bike helmets and a pump in the garage with the two bikes. The tires will go flat over time so please pump them up before using either bike.
